BOCA CHICA, Texas - After selling all of his houses over the past year, it was unclear where Elon Musk was living.

It's now been revealed he's living in a $50,000 prefabricated house near a SpaceX launch site in Texas. 

The house, from Las Vegas-based Boxabl, is only 375 square feet. Boxabl's houses are shipped flatpack and are unfolded on-site in a single day.

The house is simple, featuring a small bathroom, kitchen, and living area. 

Boxabl posted a video showcasing the house in December, but it wasn't explicitly confirmed to be Musk's.

Musk recently confirmed it to be true on Twitter.
